- All prices are per person per day, plus a tourist tax of €3 per person aged 14 and over.
- For children on the sofa bed: up to 12 years 50% discount, from 12 years 30% discount.
Inclusive Services
- South Tyrol Guest Pass – free public transport: buses (city and regional buses, e.g., Corvara–Bruneck/Brixen) and regional trains (e.g., Bolzano–Merano or Brixen–Bruneck).
- Bus stop – free ski bus just 50 meters from the Residence.
- Wellness & Relaxation – Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, experience shower, relaxation room, bathrobes, and tea corner.
- Garden & Panorama – large garden with sun loungers, Dolomite views, garden lounge, and playground with trampoline, swing, and slide.
- Comfort in the house – elevator, Wi-Fi, garage, ski room with ski boot dryer, and bike depot with e-charging station for bicycles.
- Well-maintained living – tap water of high drinking quality, daily cleaning except Tuesdays, bed linen, towels, dishcloths, and Rituals care products included.
- Fresh start to the day – bread roll service with fresh baked goods for an additional charge.
- Garage note: The garage is not available for hybrid or electric cars. An outdoor parking space is provided for these vehicles.
- To ensure our guests the greatest possible peace and quiet, visits from external persons are not permitted.
Good to know
Arrival and Departure
- Apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM on arrival day. If you arrive later than 7:00 PM, please inform us by phone at +39 0471 836259.
- We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 9:30 AM on departure day.
Payment Conditions
- A deposit of 30% is due within 4 days of written booking confirmation.
- The remaining payment is due upon check-in or before departure.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa (except American Express), and bank transfer (in this case, at least 2 days before departure).

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations 3 weeks or less before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
- Since unforeseen events can always occur, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
